Thiarra is the personification of the Eye of the Storm, she is worshiped by all folk relying on safe passage on the ocean and the many rivers ending in it.

A spiral nautilus shell with glowing runes inside, said to carry the whispers of the ocean depths.
Represents knowledge hidden beneath the waves and the mysteries of the deep. Used by water-borne diviners.
